Facebook groups

“Cyprus rentals” groups. Good for pre-Bazaraki listings and direct landlord contact.

Real estate agents

Useful for remote arrivals. Usually no fee for tenants.

Walk the neighbourhood

ΕΝΟΙΚΙΑΖΕΤΑΙ signs on buildings. These landlords often don’t list online.
