Visit provider shop
Bring passport + rental contract. Sign 12-24 month contract. Installation free or €50.

Technician visits. If building has fiber, same-day possible. Otherwise 3-10 days.
From a local: I use Cyta Fiber+TV for €70/mo. Today I’d pick Epic at €40/mo for 200Mbps without TV. Remote workers: get fiber, ADSL will fail you on video calls.
